LX Polarized sunglasses possess a warranty against all manufacturer faults and defects. LX Polarized is not accountable for any damage sustained as a result of misuse.  Sunglasses which have been dropped, sat on, driven over, closed in car doors, scratched by the keys in your purse, chewed on by your dog, struck by a falling coconut, left on your dashboard in the hot summer sun, etc, are not manufacturer defects. Those are just victims of life as we know it..  However, LX Polarized might be able to repair some damaged glasses for a nominal fee.  Email us if you have any questions.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:

If you get your glasses and they don't fit the way you wanted, or are not happy with them for any reason, return them for a full refund.  Send them to the above address in original un-used condition within 30 days and we'll refund your purchase price.  Please do give a heads up so we know to expect them.
